The staff was helpful, friendly, and responded promptly to requests. It had particularly good and stunning location, so close to Kenya. Popped in Gipsy Bar for shots before sleep, it was just a short stroll away from the venue...

The location was secure for Nairobi, not far from the centre of town, restaurants around and a night club. The rooms were air-conditioned and the bathrooms were reasonably spacious.

The rooms at The Crossroads Hotel are fantastic! They have everything you need, like a desk, fridge, and flat-screen TV. Plus, the air conditioning keeps you cool all night long. As a light sleeper, I loved the comfortable beds and private entrance to my room. It felt like a cozy home away from home.

Honestly, the only thing I didn't love was the kitchenette in some rooms. It's not a big deal though, as I personally prefer to eat out and try local cuisine.

The hotel was enchanting, and we got an air conditioned room. The staff were amiable and extremely helpful and kept the place fairly clean. Our room had a comfortable bed and a pleasant view. The location was ideal, close to Soin Arcade. Plus it was close to restaurants and pubs. The breakfast was reasonably good, appreciated everything❤👍

I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The staff was very helpful and friendly throughout my stay. I was warmly welcomed by the front desk, and they even gave me a lovely watermelon slice as a gesture of goodwill. Additionally, the location was very convenient, with great bars and restaurants around, and I felt safe walking around, even as a solo female traveler. Lastly, the hotel had a gorgeous balcony bar that overlooked the city; it was a great spot to relax and enjoy the view.

It was nice to have complementary watermelon on our arrival and the staff was very friendly and helpful. the location was great with plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. the balcony bar had a beautiful view of the city and was a great place to relax.

The room was dirty and had a strange smell. the bed was uncomfortable and the shower didn't work properly.
